4. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on this website — course materials, written content, graphics, layouts, software — belongs to Wyltrix or our content partners. This protection extends to both obvious elements and the underlying structure.

When you enroll in our programs, you receive limited permission to access and use materials for personal educational purposes. This means:

• You can download materials for your own learning and reference
• You cannot redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content
• Sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals violates this agreement
• Creating derivative works based on our content without permission isn't allowed

Program fees are specified during enrollment and must be paid according to the selected payment plan. All amounts are in Euros and include applicable Belgian VAT.

Our refund policy recognizes that educational fit matters:

• Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of course materials
• After this period, refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on individual circumstances
• Payment plan defaults may result in access suspension until accounts are current
• We don't provide refunds for partially completed programs unless there are documented extenuating circumstances

If financial difficulties arise, contact us before defaulting on payments. We'd rather work out an arrangement than simply cut off access.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Termination doesn't eliminate obligations that arose before the termination date, including payment obligations for services already provided.

10. Modifications to Services

Educational needs evolve, and so do our programs. We may modify course content, add new features, or discontinue certain offerings. Significant changes to enrolled programs will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

If we discontinue a program you've enrolled in before completion, you'll receive either access to equivalent replacement content or a prorated refund for unused portions.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tournai, Belgium, though we'd prefer to resolve issues through direct communication before involving legal processes.

If you have concerns about how we're operating or believe we've failed to meet our obligations, contact us first. Most problems can be resolved through conversation rather than formal proceedings.

12. General Provisions
